Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to experience the difference AQVIO makes. If you're not satisfied with your AQVIO shower filter, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery — even if you've installed and used it. We only ask that you tell us why, so we can keep improving.

This guarantee applies to the AQVIO shower filter body purchased directly through aqvio.co.in. Replacement cartridges and consumables purchased separately are not covered.

Change-of-Mind Returns (Unused Items)

If you simply change your mind, you may return an item within 30 days provided it is unused and in its original, unopened, sellable condition with all packaging, accessories, and labels intact.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@aqvio.co.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88392 87099 (Mon–Sat, 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM) with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm your eligibility and share return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must use a trackable shipping service and pack the product securely — ideally in its original box — to avoid damage in transit. We cannot process returns for parcels that are lost in transit without tracking.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exclusions

  • The filter cartridge is not included in the refund. A flat cartridge recycling and depreciation fee of ₹899 will be deducted from the final refund total.
  • Sale, discounted, coupons applied or clearance items are not eligible for exchange or cash refund.
  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or marketplaces other than aqvio.co.in.
  • Products returned damaged due to customer misuse (this does not affect your warranty rights).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, please see our Warranty Terms & Conditions, or contact us directly — defective-item claims are handled separately from this returns policy and are not time-limited to 30 days.

This policy applies only to orders placed directly through aqvio.co.in.
