Warranty Coverage

Your AQVIO shower filter includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of purchase. By activating your warranty within 14 days of purchase, you receive an additional 4 years of coverage — a total of 5 years on the all-metal body.

Where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, AQVIO will replace the product or issue a refund, including any necessary parts and labour, at no cost to you. The choice of remedy rests with AQVIO.

The filter cartridge is a consumable item and is not covered under this warranty.

How to Activate Your Extended Warranty

Activation takes under a minute:

•      Scan the QR code on your warranty card

•      Enter your basic purchase details

•      You're done — your coverage is extended to 5 years

Activation must be completed within 14 days of purchase to receive the additional 4 years. Without activation, the standard 1-year warranty still applies.

What the Warranty Covers

AQVIO will replace or refund your product if a genuine manufacturing defect appears within the applicable warranty period. This includes:

•      Defects in the all-metal body or brushed finish arising from manufacturing

•      Faults in materials or workmanship affecting the product's performance

•      Structural or build defects present from the time of purchase

To qualify, the product must carry a valid serial number, be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation), and the claim must be made within the warranty period.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

•      The filter cartridge and any replacement media (consumable items)

•      Damage from improper installation, misuse, or handling

•      Physical damage, including drops, dents, cracks, or breakage

•      Damage from water pressure exceeding the recommended limit of 60 PSI (4 bar)

•      Reduced performance or blockage caused by sediment buildup from water carrying heavy physical impurities — such as mud, sand, rust particles, or visible suspended matter (commonly from untreated borewell or tanker supply without pre-filtration)

•      Cosmetic changes from normal use, such as water spots, mineral deposits, or gradual surface discolouration caused by local water conditions

•      Damage from accidents, fire, flooding, or natural events

•      Normal wear and tear

•      Damage resulting from disassembly, modification, or alteration of the product

•      Products used in commercial settings such as hotels, gyms, spas, or salons (coverage applies to residential use only)

•      Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or without valid proof of purchase

General Conditions

•      This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

•      This warranty is valid for products purchased and used within India

•      A replacement product carries the remaining balance of the original warranty period; it does not restart the warranty

•      Any refund is limited to the amount actually paid for the product, as shown on the invoice

•      AQVIO's liability under this warranty is limited to replacement or refund of the product; AQVIO is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss

•      Claims found to be false, altered, or fraudulent will void the warranty

•      AQVIO may request photos, videos, or the return of the product for inspection before approving a claim

•      Any transportation, shipping, or courier costs for sending the product to AQVIO for inspection must be borne by the customer. If the claim is approved, all such costs will be reimbursed by AQVIO

•      These terms are governed by the laws of India; nothing in this warranty limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
