Warranty Coverage

AQVIO products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This includes parts and labour required to repair or replace the product during the applicable warranty period.

How to Activate Your Warranty

To ensure smooth support, customers must complete the following within 7 days of purchase:

* Register your product online on our website
* Provide your invoice and basic purchase details
* We may request photos, videos, or additional information to understand the issue and       provide the right solution

What the Warranty Covers

AQVIO will repair or replace the product if all of the following apply:

* The issue is due to a manufacturing defect
* The product has a valid serial number
* The claim is made within the applicable warranty period

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

* Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
* Physical damage, drops, dents, or breakage
* Damage caused by water pressure beyond recommended limits
* Issues caused by sediment buildup due to extremely poor water quality
* Damage caused by accidents, fire, flooding, or natural events
* Normal wear and tear
* Products opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an AQVIO-authorised             technician
* Transportation, pickup, or delivery costs for service
